Still incorrect damage

Google Play Store says I'm up to date (although I would expect it to be Ship.R59.1 based on announcements board??)
Splash screen says Ship.R59.0.CL229492, Data: 230014.0.230014.0 LIVE.
I was hit with an Adamantium Slash today that did less than 400 damage from a level 94 Wolverine. The issue seems to be more sporadic than before. So either there's still a bug, or there's a distribution problem.
