Is there a HP or ISO sale coming soon?

Fairly new to the forum but not the game. Starting to get frustrated because I guess I messed up and totally leveled Spider Man to lv 166 win pretty much not one other serviceable 3 star character. Due to luck I have 5 hulk covers...all green and 5 punisher covers....all black. No variety. Now I'm being paired up in matches to far superior opponents and getting demolished. Never thought I'd miss fighting Ares, Black Widow and Thor every.single.match. Anyway, I want to buy the $50 hp Coin pack but would hold off if I knew a sale was coming soon. Do they usually happen around the same time (1st of the month for example)?

    If they were scheduled predictably, I don't think anyone would ever buy them at full price

    in addition to the above mentioned, I have heard about a 50% bonus sale at Valentine's Day and New Year's. I have never actually seen either.

    The last sale they had was an insult at best offering barely 20%.

    at $99.99 which an insane and idiotic amount of money to pay for a video game in-app purchase, let alone a mobile platform game, if you did buy those packages you should never ever need ISO or coins again, period.
    The way they are now, the top coin package can't even get two 3* characters from 1/1/1 to 13 and the top ISO8 package cannot level a single character from L40 -> 166. Just blatantly stupid.
