Facebook save game overwrote the save game on my phone

Hi,

After playing Marvel Puzzle Quest for about a day or so, I decided to start anew by deleting and redownloading the app due to some screw ups such as me using ISO-8 to purchase covers.

I also bought a 10X hero pack soon after starting a new game. However, when I tried to connect to Facebook, it told me it could only have one save game and asked if I'd like to update it. Thinking that pressing the update button would update my save game on facebook to the one I have on my phone, I went ahead with 'Update', and now I've been reverted back to my original save game instead of the game which I purchased hero points for.

I've dropped D3 an email regarding this issue, but its been almost 24 hours and still no reply from them. I was wondering how long it typically takes to get a reply?
