Just sayin'

So Ares original Sunder bug took months to fix and meant you took more damage than you should in many matches.

Base level bug, where enemies deal much less damage than they should, fixed almost instantly.

The ares bug only affected the situational case where ares died immediately after sundering, whereas this bug affected every battle with a featured character (or something like that). Tinfoil hats on!

How else are they going to sell more health packs? icon_lol.gif
  • I was thinking exactly the same thing. The ares bug fix was promised in multiple updates. Even though it was situational they promised a fix fairly quickly, took months to fix it, and then failed. The devs didn't care that the game was basically cheating because us taking extra damage helps them out. But us taking less damage hurts their oh so precious $1 per person per day bu11sh!t (damn that pisses me off) just enough that they immediately jump on it. Im not saying its right to keep the game the way it was, im saying its wrong to take months to fix bugs that cheat against the player and take a day to fix bugs that cheat for the player. It shows how little they care about the quality of the game as long as they can suck a few more bucks out of people. I'm not downloading that update until I'm forced to or ai ap cheating is fixed.

I dunno, having my own Sentry and UDaken deal their real damage on defense is reason enough for me to update.
I held off while Nefarious Foes was running since buffed chars were dealing the correct damage, but I don't feel like leaving my Fury to fend for himself while the rest of the gang only does base damage.

Disclaimer: I haven't touched PVE yet so I don't care about what the enemies do there.

I haven't seen any bug in the PvP so far.

Only the PvE was going wrong.

165 headbutt damage for a 15K health Jug. Priceless !

I'm not updating either, until there is a cool feature added to the game and/or this PvE is not ended.

I definitely saw it a few times in Nefarious Foes. Anyone running unbuffed characters - particularly 2*s - were doing almost no damage with powers.

I've only see it happen with unbuffed 2* and TUs in both pve and pvp. I don't use 2* so I'm fine based on what I've seen
  • Yeah, it definitely happened in PvP too, though in the end it only happened occasionally to me.
