Thank You D3 Customer Support

Hearing all of the bad things about the customer support for D3, I wasn't getting my hopes up in our attempt at a change change. As some of you may have seen, I started the alliance ISIS when alliances were first made. The name was created to be ISIS from the T show Archer, International Secret Intelligence Service. Due to recent events in the world, this name now has a much different meaning to it. Didn't actually shine us in the best light here on the forums when trying to back fill a slot when a member left.

After some discussion amongst the alliance, we asked to have our name changed. In less than 2 days, not only did they respond, but changed our alliance name to Agent Archer.

So, thank you for the timely response, and the understanding that we don't have the 20,000 hp to open up another 20 man alliance. All due to media giving the acronym ISIS to the worst group in the current world today.

  • Good to hear. I have yet to have a bad experience with CS, so either its on an upswing, or I've had good luck with my very few tickets.
  • You guys are the lucky ones, i have two tickets i started last week, both are terrible. I didnt get my rewards even though i reached them. D3 support sucks big time.
