When's a rewards truly yours

I want to ask if this has happened to anyone before: I made it to a threshold number like 600 points in PVP, got the indication that I reached it successful with the pop screen. Then it tells you the next milestone to reach. After the event ended I noticed that I didn't get the rewards, and since i didn't care about the next reward i stopped playing pvp which caused me to take a ton of damage.

D3 support have been no help, and im really close to deleting this game

This usually happens when you get attacked while you're playing. You should get a prompt after you're returned to the screen with the nodes on it, telling you that you achieved a goal and it will have a button to claim it. If you're not receiving it after that, then you should contact Customer Service with your Player ID and your scenario.

You don't have to get attacked when playing.
The points the fight is worth are not updated, and the added points are the old value too.

So if it says that the fight will be worth 30 points, then it will add 30 points, but will only count the "real" point value.

Example: You queued someone up when they were at 700 points and worth 30 to you.
You don't fight immediately, but 2 minutes later.
During those 2 minutes, the other guy lost 100 points and is down to 600.
The points still show 30 for you.
You fight, it shows you got 30 points, the bar crosses the reward threshold - but the fight was in reality only worth 25 points, so you don't actually cross your threshold.

It also works the other way around, you could have gotten more than 30 points if the guy you queued is up to 800 by the time you fight him.

So in general, always check your real score on the leaderboard after a fight, this is your real current points total. Ignore that bar that comes up after a match.
  • I got a check on the rewards menu, i thought it was safe. Now the d3 support closed my case.. They are top notch

I cannot express how much frustration this has caused me
