What I would try to do;
Go to Device Manager and check to see if your drivers are installed correctly (and/or there are no errors).
Go to Intel's driver page and double check to make sure everything is up to date.
Uninstall MPQ and reinstall.
Outside of that, it's a bit of a toss up. I tried searching Intel's website for "GMA 3100" and the closest I found was "GMA 3150" - is that it?0 -

Thanks dude¡
No, the chipset that I have is 3100 GMA Intel.
All the drivers are up to date, I got Windows 8.1, it says there are not updates found (I've executed Windows Update 2 weeks before, insstalling all the availables updates fine).
Additionally I can run some games as Elsword, LOL, Rusty Hearts etc... So, I dont know.... :_: BIG THANKS ¡¡¡0 -

Almost forget to write, I've unintalled an reinstalled the game¡ (still not works )0 -
Have you been able to run the game before? All I've been finding is that if you get that message, you need a new video card, but your card is supposed to run Pixel Shader 2.0. If you have indeed run MPQ in the past on this very card, it might be that video card drivers are too new and you need an older stable version.0

Unfortunately no, I've isntalled it for first time 5 days ago and now with the new upgrade I was wondering if that could be fixed or something but I've redownload and reinstalled today, still not working.
I don't think the driver is the problem, on window propieties it says the last version for the driver is 2009, that is the last version and there is no need to upgrade.
Also I've read on the system sepcs on steam ( I think they're wrong) that it is needed a 3 ghz procesor to run the game (****?) I have 2.6 ghz Pentium Intel, but my brother has a laptop with 2 ghz and he can run it without problems.
Big Thanks¡¡0 -
This sort of thing is far beyond my technical expertise, but I have a sneaking suspicion that your graphics card just won't work with the game. I found this Support Article on Steam suggesting that some Intel cards just flat-out won't cooperate with certain games, but I couldn't tell you if MPQ was one of the affected games.0

it sounds reasonable, Intel chipsets are just too bad. Many thanks, I just were wandering that this game shouldn't need a big card but who knows?...
Thanks for the replies, should ask steam support now.0 -
