Crashing a lot on Android since last update

It's getting really frustrating.

    Information:

    -Device name?
    -Operating system -Android
    -version of operating system?
    -Software version- R59?

    A bug report without context will help no one.
  • This has been happening a LOT with me. Here's what I'm running:

    Samsung Galaxy Note 3
    Android 4.4.2
    Software Version R59

    I am probably 30 times a day or more getting the "Check Internet Connection" or "Comm Link Error" and it just spins and spins... I have to keep logging back in, rebooting my phone. Nothing seems to fix it. Please help!!!

    I have the same problems. I was running on a failing Google Nexus 7, then bought a Note 3 specifically to play MPQ. It was a bad decision. The Note 3 is ill prepared to play the game. I went back to a keep-plugged-to-the-wall Nexus and gave the Galaxy to a family member.
  • I can't even get into the loading screen anymore - it freezes up my phone with a black screen.

    you may just have to force close the app and then restart it fresh. That has been a known issue for a long time on some devices. If the game attempts to run in the background, it may become corrupt. See if that works.
  • I've tried that too. It works SOMETIMES. I have to reboot the phone occasionally. However, just to point out this NEVER happened before this last update. Now it happens 30+ times a day. I have a friend at work that has a Galaxy S5 that has the same issues. I don't know if it's Samsung specific or not, but it seems to be since the last update,

    It happened to me too when I was playing. Lost the match and had to buy an unnecessary health pack. Very very frustrating idd.

    I refuse to attempt to play MPQ on any Samsung devices at this point. Not a fun experience. Slow or jumpy graphics, interminable hangs, little glitchy artifacts along the side of the screen, just plain crashes... not worth it.

    D3 you have to fix this, for now it starts to get pretty annoying. I have been exposed to this a number of times during a match. Or that you fix so that you can move over one's account from Facebook to Steam without losing something.
