Another roster advice request thread

After 145 days, I've finally maxed my first 3* (LCap). Now I need help determining who should get the ISO next. Here are all of my 3* that I can get past lvl 100 :

Human Torch (3/4/5, 126/153)
Hood (4/4/4, 84/153)
Psylocke (3/3/5, 84/140)
Sentry (4/4/2, 100/127)
Daken (4/2/3, 111/114)
GSBW(3/4/2, 81/114)
Falcon (2/4/2, 102/102)
Patch (3/0/4, 100/102)
Loki (5/5, 84/140)
Spider-Man (3/4/3, 62/127)

The level numbers are current level vs soft cap. Should I focus on getting someone that works well with Cap, such as Hood, or should I just hoard ISO until I get more covers for Sentry/Daken? My main team is still LCap + OBW, although I tried LCap + Torch during the GSBW event since that gave me rainbow coverage.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Congratulations on your first level 166.
    Lazy Cap has trouble collecting those red blues and yellow.
    You have a decent amount of covers with the Hood.
    The Hood's passive blue ability, likes to collect colors for you. His AP stealing is nice defense as well.
    His Black ability is average, but when teamed with Lazy Cap the ability to speed up a count down timer enhances Cap's abilities.
    He has a decent Yellow and even though it cost a lot, it does not cost as much as Caps yellow.
