Turn Around time for Support? Lost account

Like others here, my Steam account appears to be disassociated from my Puzzle Quest account. Reading here and on Steam, the suggestion has been unanimously to email support. I sent off a trouble ticket in game on Sunday. I got the canned response.

I've sent follow up several times over four days but there has still been no response. What is the typical turn around time? It feels like my case is lost and there is no other recourse.

Also it seems like if this is a common problem, there should be some sort of resynchronize/re-association process built into the client.
