trying to get account back

I was at work today when the new update came out and clicked to download the update and accidently uninstalled. Redownloaded the game and now I have a new account. Is there any way to get my old account back? I play on a android and my old account name is the same as my forum name. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    I did email customer service earlier today, I hope at least, used the mail feature in the game.

    If your data was not backed up on Facebook, then the only choice is to contact Customer Service with your Player ID and the scenario.

    If your data was backed up on Facebook, my understanding it that it should have grabbed your information automatically, and since it didn't, you'd still need to contact Customer Service with your Player ID and the scenario.
