Notification for Hero CD tiles

I keep seeing CD tiles being generated without animations, which can be pretty sneaky. This is especially true when their are NPC tiles already on the board. The ones I am aware of are TUs, Hawkeye, and Magneto Now! I know there are already animations for when they go off, but it would be nice to have a one-second pop-up as notification. It could even be the same picture if it helps save time and effort. *shrugs*
It's not the end of the world if this isn't fixed, but I have seen this complaint a few times (and there might be a post on this, but I got caught up and didn't check).
