Patch R59 Problem
I updated to the new patch yesterday afternoon, and I'm so happy with the TU changes. I haven't had any problems, however, my friend has. He just updated to the new patch yesterday during work as well. But, after the update, when he opened the game, his account/profile was gone. He was sent back to the start of the game and lost all of his covers, HP, and Iso-8.
He noticed that his Facebook account showed disconnected through the options menu. When he selected it to reconnect, an error popped up saying that his account was already connected, when it obviously wasn't on his phone. He tried resetting his phone and wi-fi connection, but nothing helped. He's been playing for a while now and had some really good covers and updates, so it sucks that this happened.
Has this happend to anyone else, or is this an isolated incident? Anyone have any ideas/tips?

It happened to me Friday evening. The update started and a corrupt file message came up. When the game started I was back to the beginning with over 1600 hours of play time showing and that I had played today. My team mates can still see my roster, so I hope it can be restored. Haven't played since Friday evening - real bummer. I emailed support and hope they fix whatever went wrong soon.0

I would attempt to uninstall and reinstall Marvel Puzzle Quest on your device. If you're profile is backed up on Facebook in theory when you reinstall MPQ and boot it the first time, it should pull your profile down from Facebook.
If not, contact Customer Service with your Player ID, via e-mail, and explain the situation.0 -
My buddy did try uninstalling and reinstalling both MPQ and Facebook, and he still can't get it to load his profile. He's about to just stop trying and quit the game.0

Unfortunately, at this time, contacting Customer Service with his Player ID is the only thing he can do at this point then.0
