wrong account

it all started about a week or so ago when i reset my ipad & when i opened the app i got a different account. when i force closed the app & restarted i was back into my own account so i thought this was just a hiccup. i did an itunes backup just in case & this saturday the same thing happened again so i did everything i did before but now i have another players account. i have deleted the app, removed it from my facebook account, restored my ipad with the backup i recently did but stuck with "VJordan84" account. i have invested real money & don't want it to go to waste; has anyone had this problem?

    I recommend contacting customer service and have them restore your account.

    i've sent an email but i haven't received an answer, so i do i just wait or send another email?
