Reclaiming Lost Points in PVP

Hey all, first time posting to the boards... Did a search and couldn't find a similar topic, so I'm not sure if this has been suggested already. Apologies if this is a duplicate.

So, when playing PVP, I hate it when a person who's ranked lower beats you and steals (let's say) 32 points. If you attack them back in a retaliation, you should be able to reclaim ALL those points and regain your lost standing. Instead, you usually only get a fraction back.

For instance, i was attacked 3x by people and lost 66 points. If i retaliated and beat them all, i'd have only regained 20ish. It's not worth the effort, and there's no way to gain points faster than you lose them if you get caught in a feeding frenzy in the last few hours of an event.

Maybe there's a reason why it is the way it is, but IMO you should get all points back from a successful retaliation.
