The game is getting hero-heavy, which is making PvE repetitive. More villains are needed. Related polls are Next hero to add, Next villain to add, Who most needs a buff.

Many characters need buffs. Many could be fixed by tweaking point costs of overpriced powers. Characters that are considered lower tier, such as She-Hulk and Capt Marvel should get a minor buff. The developers should demonstrate they are able to tweak the game in a positive way.
