Why do we have to contact you via email to change our ign. I think we are old enough to change our own names as we please. Its annoying going back and fourth messaging through email just to change my name. Give us the option please, im pretty sure a ton of people would appreciate

If you've ever used Wi-Fi in an apartment building, you'll know that even "adults" can do some rather petty passive-agressive things with something like a network ID name. The "gate" of CS email is sufficient to keep most name change shenanigans to a minimum.

For a real example of name change abuse, as Mehdy (5D member) what happened when someone decided to make fun of his name; it was ugly, inappropriate, and childish.

I think that changing the player name should be easier. There are millions out there who wish they had chosen a Roach-based name, but now it's too late.
