I want to play again

Hello,

My gamer name is kravenasty and I have recently had to replace my phone. I have tried contacting your customer service before and have not heard any response about getting my account back. I was wondering if anyone could assist as I enjoy playing your game and have put a lot of work into it. Please let me know when this issue can be resolved so I may continue to support your product. Thanks in advance

    With Facebook (back up) it's just as simple as dl the app on the new device & sign in, right?

    Just wondering whether there's gonna be hic cups due to 2 devices trying to sign into the same account (as there's no way to sign out one & sign in another?)
  • If you don't have a facebook account,

    you will need to perform the following steps:
    1. Proceed through the game until you create a new user name (by participating in PvP or special events).
    2. Send in your NEW user name and Old user name
    3. then tell them the last time you played on your OLD user name.

    That should speed up the process for your customer ticket

    Hate to beat around the bush but WITH Facebook save, it's really as simple to just sign in (I guess it'll prompt on new device/app)?

    If you already have a Facebook save then you're good to go on any new iOS or Android device where you had not played the game on. Simply start the game on the new device, check the Facebook save feature in Settings then sign in to the Facebook account where your progress was previously saved. You will get a message stating that there is already a saved game in your Facebook account and confirm that you want to load this progress into your device. Just hit confirm to Load the progress from your Facebook account and you're good to go. You can do this on multiple iOS & Android devices. As you switch from device to device, it will tell you that you've been logged out and hit OK to reload the latest snapshot of your progress.

    I tested this process with a game originally started on an iOS device, saved progress to Facebook then logged into the same Facebook account on an Android device. Progress loaded successfully overwriting the progress from a brand new session of MPQ.
