getting your account back on new phone

how would one do that? contact customer service? because i'm planning on getting a new one this coming week.

    Yes, you can contact customer service for this. As mentioned in another post

    you will need to perform the following steps:
    1. Proceed through the game until you create a new user name (by participating in PvP or special events).
    2. Send in your NEW user name and Old user name
    3. then tell them the last time you played on your OLD user name.

    That should speed up the process for your customer ticket

    If you have a Facebook account, perform a Backup to Facebook before decommissioning your old phone. Once you have your new phone, you can load your progress up by checking Backup to Facebook and after the logon, it will state that there is already a backup that Facebook account and if you'd like to load it. Select confirm and you're good to go.

    Cool. OK so I did 2 out of 3 on that list. Forgot to check back on my thread here before getting my new phone this past monday. Sent an email from the new phone with my new username and old username and old username this past Monday too. Only thing I forgot to add was the last time I played.
