Team up passive not being used

I have the Hoods passive as a team up. I've used it multiple times and it never seems to be consumed and is "permanently" in my inventory. Would be nice to get rid of it to make room for other team ups I'd actually like.

    Yeah, I didn't think the passives were supposed to be awarded as teamups. D3 says they plan to implement functionality to allow you to sell unwanted teamups. I have quite a few that have piled up I'd love to get rid of.
