Unable to level 15 different characters
I opened a support ticket on August 4th about not being able to level up 15 different characters that I have. I received an initial response within 36 hours, and was told that the issue was being addressed, but have not heard anything since going on almost two weeks now.
How long does it usually take before support issues are taken care of?

Good day. I am not employed by D3 or Demiurge, but I believe you will receive your answer at the start of the next Olympics. Please be advised that D3 only responds during Leap Years or only those years that are prime numbers.
Thank you for your understanding in this matter.0 -

Reply, to the e-mail that you received, and let them know that you have not heard anything else back and the problem still continues. You may also want to send another ticket in.0 -

Yeah, I've replied about 3-4 times since commenting that I have had no reply as well as updates to the characters with the problem. (They had me send a list of what characters were stuck, the level they were stuck on and which covers I had, but I won a few new covers for some of them and tried to hold off on applying them, but after 7 days applied them before they timed out on me).
Does opening more tickets saying I hadn't heard from the first one help? I'm not trying to cause them more work, just would like for them to actually respond on the existing issue.0 -
Well I tried the suggested opening another ticket... but other than the auto-response, nothing for that one either in reply0

Alan, describe your issue. We may be able to help you understand your problem.
Instead of whining about bad customer service, lets be an awesome community and try to help this guy out.0 -
Thanks Cragger, unfortunately I doubt it is something anyone other than support can help fix, but to describe the issue:
I had taken several weeks off from the game as my family went on vacation out of the country. This was shortly after the level fix or reset that was done I guess somewhere in the beginning of July. (July 2nd I think was when I figured it was when I looked back on game update notes). When I picked the game back up once I returned, I noticed that all of my covers that should have been "level set" were not done so, and were still their previous levels. That is not really a big deal to me, and not the problem, but all 15 of those covers that should have been modified to new levels but weren't also had a more serious issue (the one that I opened up the ticket with support about).
Each of those covers show their current XP as: 0/0 . When I hit the Raise Level button, it did not do anything at all. So I effectively couldn't level them. I would try hitting the Purple button to level them to max, but unfortunately do not have the 50,000+ ISO to do so for some of these characters.
So I've basically been at the mercy of support to help fix these for me, but they have stopped responding to any emails for a while not leaving me without a solution unfortunately.0 -
Play a match with each of the affected characters - the prologue would be the best place to do this.0

I love that this got solved in the forum while CS .. I dunno. is doing whatever CS does.
Anyway, good work GothicKratos!0 -
See? We can accomplish great things together. I'm glad that someone was able to help you.0

I can't really take all the credit, I just remembered reading somewhere (likely Patch Notes) that you needed to play a match with each character after the patch the implemented the "level give away" for it to take effect. I just put two and two together and formed a hypothesis.0
