Best Rainbow Team?

Often, an opening board will be filled up with some color. Usually, it's a color you don't like that your opposing team loves.

What is the best team that can do well with any color? Here's my best:

Ragnarok (Red Green), Magneto (Red Blue Purple), Hood (Yellow Black)

Some two person rainbow teams
Modern Storm (Red Green Black), Spiderman (Yellow Blue Purple)
Wolverine (Yellow Red Green), Black Widow Original (Blue Purple Black)
The Punisher (Red Green Black), Spiderman (Yellow Blue Purple)
Invisible Woman (Yellow Blue Green), Moonstone (Red Purple Black) -- I missed this one.

In terms of match damage, yeah, wolvie and black widow original have it covered, but throwing The Hood into it also allows you to be covered in abilities as well.

Certainly not the best team, but I have to tip my hat to the devs for giving newbies IM35, M.Storm, and M.Widow to cover all the bases. I'm sure it was the team all of us ran for a while in the beginning phases.

If you want good colour balance, I'd say Punisher/Mags/Spidey.

Rags is the strongest character, but colour balance isn't his forte. Rags/Mags/Hood covers the spectrum, but is still biased towards red, blue and purple. Punisher's green is better than Rags and his black better than Hoods imo. So you get more equal weight between colours rather than merely just having all the colours. Plus, better tile match damage (your team is missing purple).

Wolverine: Astonishing X-men (Green, Red, Yellow Passive)

Also annoying like hell with all AP stealing
With loss of one passive Wolverine could be upgraded to The Punisher.

I've actually been wanting to play that team, but I can't get the Black Widow Black cover.

Depending on your goal with "do well with any color":

Doom, Mags, Thor. Moderate to high direct damage from every color except blue, and Mags blue can be self-sustaining. **Wolverine covers the same colors as Thor, but isn't as powerful unless you get his strike tiles on the board, which means you suffer if there's no green available.

Mags Purple is one of the best Purple skills.

Tile match damage. Mags is strong in red/blue/yellow.

Combing him with Spidey gives you 67 dmg per tile + protect tiles + Magnetic Translocation.

6 colors isnt necessary and not even recommended. Gearing your team towards a few colors and being able to manipulate the board in those colors' favor is more important.

Atm I'm aiming for mag spidey punisher I think. That covers all the colors..and STRONGLY as well. (For example...rag is only 51 in his good colors..that is pretty weak considering). Plus its nice to know that anytime I grab a purple for magneto I am putting some defense down, magneto's blue doesn't take away ay all from spidey's, no yellow overlap for spidey, Molotov is a pretty food black move and punisher's green at max might be good with 3 tile dropped per a use. Only real issue imo is a weak overall use of red but punisher's red isn't bad and might work rather well with lots of lower damage moves that don't end the turn (punisher green/mag blue/spidey blue/Molotov dropping).
