alliance rewards

I've noticed in events there are rankings for members in an alliance with a gold, silver and bronze trophy for the top three members in the alliance. Let's make those worth some amount of iso to encourage more competition. Say 500 for 1sr, 250 for second and 100 for third? Maybe more or less?

    How about if an Alliance gets top 100 in an event the Alliance gets 5000 Iso. Then 4-20 gets an equal share and 1-3 get an extra bump. If you want competition in the Alliance you can also just give points on a decreasing level so #1 gets 1000 Iso while #20 gets 100. I think that would cause too much friction within the alliance though.

    I'd take it even further. If the alliance prize is 2,000 ISO, that means the total alliance ISO is 40,000, assuming a 20 person alliance. Each person should be awarded whatever percentage of the total points they contributed.
