Thick as Thieves Deadpool 40k

In the last PVE event "Thick as Thieves" I achieved the 40K Deadpool cover. I equipped it and went to bed (was 3/3/1 after winning card was 4/3/1). I awoke the next day to discover that I was reverted back to 3/3/1 and that I didn't even win the 40K card even though at the time I was at 45K+ points in. I then placed a in-game ticket and continued to play ending the event about 50K-51K.

I still haven't gotten a response yet, but you can please investigate what happened and re-instate my cover or at the very least explain what happened. I would greatly appreciate it.
