Heroic Token refresh
How often does D3 typically refresh the heroic/standard token?
I feel like the last time they refreshed the token they waited for three new character (Daken -> Sentry -> Storm) to be released and then pushed out the update after last character PVP/PVE was completed. Is this a good baseline for when token refreshes should happen?
