Another Heroic Token Idea

Not sure if anyone has posted this, but here it goes. We all know the problems with an ever expanding 3 star lineup and the lower chances of each with new addition. Here's a possible solution:

Divide Heroics into 2 packs. Every Heroic you earn could be used towards either one. Pot A would house "legacy" characters, which have been around the longest like IM40 and Hulk. Pot B would house the fresh characters like Daken and She Hulk. As more characters come in like Deadpool, the middle releases can be moved to Pot A. The 1, 2, 4 stars can occupy the same odds as before. Only the 3 stars are adjusted. This could also be modified if devs want to split the characters X-Men in one pot and Non X Men in Pot B.

A couple benefits of this:

The odds of individual 3 stars are increased.
A player can target their heroics to the Pot that has a character they are trying to max.
Pot C can be opened up eventually
1, 2, 4 stars can also be split if it ever comes to that point

Drawbacks
Won't solve the problems with event tokens
Not the guaranteed 3 or 4 star token that everyone wants
Could end up complicated and clutter up the Heroic token page
