    It's pain.
  • You're right. Why can't we fight 3 level 1 goons in each node?
  • Juggy put a certain fear into me from early in prologue. Him... and nodes with Muscle thugs, but that was back when I was trying to take them out with 1* toons. The Balance of Power tournament made me realize he isn't so much to be feared... as given a healthy respect. After you face your first 270 Juggy and take him down with little effort, due to that aforementioned healthy respect. The last one I killed I did so with the special point of doing it with bullseye's damage bonus from murderous aim. That was quite fun... Some matches are going to go bad and need a healthpack, since it can be tough to deny only 6 red, especially the way cascades tend to fall.

... but I find that to be the current meta of the game almost no matter who you face. You can get the stuffing knocked out of you for 6-7 TUAP now too.

That's with your characters also boosted to 270 too. He's a lot bigger threat when he's at that level, and your guys are still only 166

    This isn't a need-to-be-nerfed situation, it's a scaling-is-too-damn-high situation...

Ben Grimm keeps saying Daredevil is teh good against Juggernaut. I am not sure I want to waste ISO on Daredevil just to fight Juggs -.-

How does that even make sense? Daredevil's success rate is already abysmal, and Juggernaut has his Green to make it even less likely.

I am, too, skeptical, exactly because Juggs has a highly trap-unfriendly green power, but he keeps saying so... I hope he's too honest of a guy to try to trap other forumites with a maxed Daredevil (no Pun intended!).
  • If you assume that he's going to cascade into 16 more tiles after an Unstoppable Crash then the chances are roughly the same that he'll destroy the trap with Unstoppable Crash versus the chance that Unstoppable Crash will cascade into a trap. However, this is not a bad deal because there are many games where your trap won't trigger at all before Juggernaut easily puts away your whole team. It's probably unrealistic to assume Unstoppable Crash will cascade into that many tiles (though it certainly can) and I wouldn't invest in Daredevil for this purpose but it's not a bad argument.

Juggernaut is always a top tier character if his level isn't artificially capped at a very low level when used by a player. I really don't understand why you wouldn't use Juggeranut in Balance of Power as he can usually put away a guy with 6 red even at 270 vs 270 (Headbutt does about 6K versus guys with 9-10K health on average plus whatever match damage you did to collect your tiles). Of course he can be cheesed by infinite combos but so can anyone else. He also has the highest health in the game which makes it more likely he'll survive a combo. He'd be quite playable if he is allowed to get to level 166, as shown by the Balance of Power event, and he only has two powers which says a lot about how good his two powers are.
