Migrate game progress from IO's to Android via FB

Hi

Recently i buy an Android Tablet and i want import my game progress from my Iphone. I use my Facebook account linking to the game, so after download and sing inn on the android device the game just start from zero, on my phone still got everything (progress and characters) but don't know if this is possibly after a few tries.

Anyone can help me?
