Offline/Server down mode

Sometimes I just want to play MPQ. Let's say I'm drunk, and wanting to kill time with a game I enjoy playing...but the server is down. Gonna have to drive somewhere. C'mon, it feels like a major c*ckblock when this happens.

    Indeed, the other driver should really sue Demiurge for damages. After all, it's their fault you T-boned him.

    MPQ is not something I would've thought of as an aphrodisiac, but hey, people do weird stuff.
