transfer android save game to ios

I'm searching for a way to transfer the save game form my android phone to my ipad. Is there any possibility to do this without Facebook?

Only way I know of is Facebook...Android uses Google+, but iOS doesn’t...if you aren't using a Facebook account, make a dummy account, save to that FB, then open up in your iPad & link to the dummy account...

I started playing on my iPad mini (until it got fried somehow about a week ago) for the bigger screen...I miss my iPad now...torn between buying a replacement from Apple Store (2 weeks out of warranty, but offer new one for $99), or taking extra advantage of the $70 Stark Salary 20,000 HP deal & waiting a few days for the iPad...

PS impossible to link steam & a mobile account (android&iOS)...
