Can't use AP from Black Widow Mod Aggressive Recon Team-up
If you use the Aggressive Recon Team-up from Black Widow, you can't use the AP she steals until next turn.
Weird. This seems to be inconsistent. I'll have to farm some more and try again in different situations.
