D3 Finally got it right...

Alright, the servers went belly up, it sucks but it happens. Unlike the last time, where we waited for days on end the devs were updating after about an hour. You can complain that an hour is too long, but it was a Sunday night in the US and after midnight on the east coast, so a little perspective is in order. They obviously worked through the night to get the game back up and running, all while updating the situation. Then not 20 hours after the outage they announce free tokens, 2 for the PVP which lost it's last hour and 1 for the PVE just to satisfy the hypothetical of what might have happened in the last 60 seconds. This was all resolved within one day. In may the span from outage to communication was3-6 days if I remember correct, so this is a hell of an improvement and deserves to be commended.

Step in the right direction undoubtedly. But whether the step is a foot or a picometer is up for interpretation. But hey, something is better than nothing
