That's what I was thinking. I also thought I read in an interview that someone said everyone would end with one. That's what I was looking forward to, since I had no chance to grind as much as everyone else and missed out.0 -

No. No one ever promised such a thing. The ranking and rewards were the same as every standard pve has been.0 -
I was expecting something similar to hulk-pve where you would get a hulk cover for completing a node.0

Agreed with last few posts. I too thought that everyone was going to score a freebie Deadpool cover as we all did with the Hulk and Sentry PvE events. I guess D3 screwed us yet again.0

You guys having overactive imaginations and expecting prizes that no one ever promised you at any time is not D3 "screwing you".

It's not overactive imaginations. D3 does provide cover rewards here and there in PvE events for it's high profiled characters. The first being the Hulk and not that long ago, the Sentry. Screwed may be a strong word but, was made in jest. So relax.Let's change the word to hopeful as the way D3 "hinted" or whatever word you want to use, that players were possibly going to receive a Deadpool cover. As is seen from the posts, others felt the same way too. If that was "not" their intention, fine. It's funny though how other posts and topics do use the exact word "screwed" in their description.0

Oh I be relaxed. I understand that people had certain expectations. I'm just saying that they were completely unjustified. No promises were made. There wasn't any free She Hulk or free Captain Marvel. There was no reason to expect a free Deadpool. Sure it would have been nice, but there's no reason for anyone to get upset about something they were never promised. (and I believe you if you say that's not the case with you, but a lot of others are definitely not taking it that way)0

It's all good Ralstonator. I actually do agree with what you're saying. I just think everyone is up at arms because of the recent server outages, currently out again as we speak. I'll tell you a secret, I just wanted free Deadpool covers because my alliance failed to pull it together in the end. It's just as you said, "it would have been nice......"0

As a follow up Technical support has responded to my ticket notifying me that it appears as though I have claimed my rewards for the alliance placement (56th).
Which makes sense since I technically claimed the rewards before the game gave me the error message and rebooted (after which point the deadpool purple was not in my roster.)
I wrote back letting them know the details...we will see how they respond.0 -
I got this reply:
"We see that you would have received both your personal and alliance rewards at that time, can you let us know if only your personal rewards for the last sub event went missing due to the crash or are you also missing the alliance rewards?"
Looks promising, I can't remember what the alliance rewards were for the subs, so I don't know if I got them, definitely didn't get personal rewards though.0 -

No rewards yet. Well, got some of the Deadpool covers about 36 hours ago, but Comm Link Disrupted appeared mid collection and now I don't have any of it. That's not how you write save progress, Demiurge. You need confirmation from both server and client side.

I got my rewards 16 hours ago. They showed up in the game, but did not get a mail telling me I would get them. That's fine with me.
They forgot 2000 ISO, so I will mention that next time I write to them. Hoping we won't have another server outage.
The overall process took a bit more than 2 days. Fortunately the covers arrived before the Deadpool PvP.0 -
Still no Deadpool purple from Alliance. The last time I heard form support was an email on the 7th, stating, "We are currently addressing your issue and will contact you as soon as we can with the appropriate resolution for your issue."0

OK, I just received my missing Alliance rewards (Deadpool Purple, 50AP and 1000 ISO).
I received an email notifying me of their arrival as well "We appreciate your patience. We are sending you your missing rewards! They may take a match or two to show up, so keep an eye out for them! "
