Half of my alliance bailed on the game when the "true healing" update showed up and now the 20 team alliance I paid a chunk of hero points to create is useless as several off the players were promoted by other players and now we are stuck with several inactive players. Can you at least make the unkickable players kickable by the account that created the alliance in the first place?

If commanders are truly inactive for at least some time (guess a week or two) they can be kicked/demoted by CS, so try contacting them.

Only problem there is that you can't get a "Human" all I ever get is a recording.... icon_exclaim.gif

Are you calling them? Try the e-mail instead, the one from the main screen of the game (the envelope button).
  • Like emailing works any better, They are so back logged.

A commander in my alliance lost his account due to the steam cloud error three weeks ago and still hasn't heard back from CS.
It would be funny to submit a request to get him removed and see if they demote him before they make his account usable again.
(as far as I know he received no acknowledgement beyond the initial no reply message)
