The average reply time from these lazy bums is about a week. I have a topic they never replied to, so there's that as well.

Poke the issue, but be civil about it.

I told them how offended I was that it was taking 5 days to get my data restored after replacing my phone; I had a response within the hour.

(After waiting 5 days, but yeah)
