My account restarted back to start.

I am playing a deadpool match. my team vs juggernaut and some goons when the game crash. As I restart the game, the story was back to the first mission from the start. how can this be possible? I am so disappointed. I have won so many events and this happen. Help me please. My ign is sharxinator

Supportive it happen to me in the past! What a bad timing (as always).
Solution: send a message through the game explaining the situation. They will solve it but it will take "some" days!

thanks for the info. i hope that they will fix that crash and btw now i dont have a chance to win a deadpool. may spot is 90 so far
