Purchase Fail

I was going to buy some Resources (Gold and Iso), but when I click to purchase Gold, appears a notification pop up : "PURCHASE FAIL, Unable to complete purchase at this time. Please try again later"
that always happen for so many time, everytime i click the resources (gold and iso)
can anybody help me?

FYI : I downloaded Marvel Puzzle Quest from Steam, I play it with Steam in my PC. Does it mean I cant purchase anything because I play it from Steam (PC)?
A friend of mine download Marvel Puzzle Quest from google play in his phone, and he always successfully purchase some gold icon_e_confused.gif

Please help...

    Its only limted help but I know from experience you can purchase ISO and HP on steam, usually when you click on the pack for purchase the steam client will pop up and take you through the purchase/payment process.

    If thats not happening for you I'm guessing there some sort of conenction issue between your MPQ and Steam accounts. I'd send mobilesupport@d3p.us an email explaining your problem.

    Hi I play Marvel puzzle quest on my phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 and attempted to make a purchase of 600 Hero Points through the Google Play store. I entered my payment details and the payment has cleared from my bank account but when the screen returned to the game I got the message 'Purchase could not be completed. Please try agin later.' I have tried contacting the help desk on three seperate occasions through three different links/sending mails and only recieved an automated response once. It has been 6 days since I attempted my purchase and have still not recieved and actual human response or my 600 hero points. If the money cleared from my bank why have I still not recived my points? Please can I get some kind of feedback so I know I am not being ignored. Also on a side note I am also having the check internet connection issue.

    I also have the purchase fail issue. I can't purchase on either my tablet or phone. Not an iTunes issue as I just bought a music track and it went through fine.

    I've purchased Hero points before without issue. This bug is new to me. I realize they have had major server issues the last two days, so I wonder if this is collateral damage from that.
