A friend of mine has recently made a $5 purchase for Hero Points (gold coins). The money has been deducted from his STEAM wallet, but he never received his Hero Points.
His STEAM name is tonytimmerman. His MPQ name is Achhmed. Here is a copy of his receipt:

Please resolve this issue SOON, because he has "The Hood" cover which will expire soon if he doesn't get the Hero Points needed to open a new inventory slot. If he can't recruit "The Hood" before the cover expires, that will defeat the purpose of buying the Hero Points.
