Who should get the ISO?

These are my options:

Hood, wait for new and improved BP, or wait for Deadpool. Was originally considering Marvel, but her red is garbage and if I want yellow and black, BP seems like an obvious choice if those changes happen as advertised.

    BP needs leveling most, but hold your horses until actual changes are announced. And you can start earning Deadpool ISO in his own PvE or that week's LRs. Hood needs ISO too, but you don't want him to tank for BP, lol.

    Dump it on BP - he's pretty damn good without the buff he's about to get.

    Waiting for any new character is usually a bad idea since even if you have the iso to level the guy, theres no way you're going to get enough covers for him anytime soon unless you buy him with HP. I'd just go with BP.

    But I'm short covers on him too, and he was just in the prize rotation. I'll probably end up with more Deadpool covers before BP is given out again, so except for Hood, I'm already assuming I'd be buying covers at some point.

    Depends how short on covers you are and which you're missing. Two or three of each or a whole bunch of blacks and he's perfectly serviceable once you start getting closer to 100.

    Same as mine then so I can tell you right now: definitely worth dropping ISO on straight away.
