I PM'ed your post here to IceIX, Demiurge_Will and LakeStone.
Hopefully one of them can get on CS about resolving these issues faster. Considering LakeStone has said they have improved CS response time, I think he might take to this faster.
In the future, if CS is non-responsive, these are the 3 people to contact for the quickest resolution.
BTW, I linked the red names so you can add them as a "friend" so you can PM them faster in the future.0 -

here is where i am at now:
after a week of no resolution and unclear directions, i deleted the game. I got an email today saying that my account was restored. i dont understand the restoration process and it was never explained to me.
here is my guess and can someone please confirm? do i need to make another account with a new name and wait another week or so for the admins to restore my account to that new name?!? again, i was never informed on the process and am purely speculating at this point.

i believe it is extremely important to have a real login feature, so issues like this can be avoided. not everyone uses or wants to use facebook. i will never spend a lot of money (and no one else should) on this game if an issue like this cannot be mitigated. other games with this type of ingame purchase has protections like simple login features.
additionally, this game rewards continuous play. i have been off my main account for over a week now. while a small gripe, it is a gripe. i am now what, 2 weeks or more behind because i am still in the 2* grind stage with not rewards from the last events and not having the special pve reward character for the next event if i were to get my account restored in time for this next event.
again, i know support is swamped. again, it is my fault that i had to reset my phone due to my work security features (mobile device manager required software). i just believe that having either timely response or a simple login feature would have mitigated this easily. thanks.0 -
