remove the HP section from the "Sell Value" areas

Pretty much as the title says.

Now that no covers sell for HP, it should be removed from the character screen and the "Rewards" page - so maybe just a "Sell for x ISO" or something and you get some screen real estate back!

I know that sometimes nerfed characters for sale have had HP attached to them, so in that scenario, it should be added back in for that instance only.

But for 99% of the day to day game, it's not really necessary.
