What does [Green/Black] Power boost do

So I'd always assumed they gave +% to the damage caused by activated abilities, but I just used a +50% to Green to do Goon/Ragnarok/Venom and Thor's Call the Storm still only did about 4.5k to main target and 2.2k to others. I could swear I've used those boosts before and had them increase damage done by abilities...

    I'm pretty sure it increases match damage.

    You read it wrong. It only applies to Match Damage.

    It's color match damage. unless its +1 AP

    Those add match damage. The only current boosts I know of that adds to ability damage is the 500 HP for 5 +50% damage boosts. The old + damage versus type of enemy also adds damage to abilities but can't be obtained anymore.
