Spideys purple match with 5 webs on the board. The defense boost is ridonkulous0

Magneto classic's blue. Put 2 blue protect tiles on the board.
if there are 10 or so blue tiles on the board, then it's possible to put critical tiles almost anywhere, and to basically clear the board. It cost 5 AP, so if there are 3 blue, the 2 that are laid down come back, so it's a "free" power, that can be used until the blue is gone.
I also like the varying sound effect for Mag's red power. It's a different tone each time.0 -
Bullseye black. It feels awesome to 1-shot a full hp, level 115 ragnarok. The sense of accomplishment from pulling off the full ability is amazing.0

Daken's purple0

c.Hawkeye and Cap. I like my skill shots.0

I agree with this. Being able to place the tiles wherever you want is awesome and lets you setup combos nicely0 -
I know Loki has a bad reputation, but his purple power can be really good. He basically changes the whole board for a low AP cost, letting you set up better matches if you didn't find any you liked, and possibly even causing some several matches with one use. His black is really useful too, he's 3* Spider-Mans worst nightmare (since his purple power change) in my opinion.0

The first ability I went nuts over in this game was Spidey's yellow. For the longest time, he was the only character in the game with a real healing ability (you just keep right on walking Wolvie ) and he's still the best at it. I did everything in my power to get as many Spidey covers as I could early on and never looked back.

...probably this for me too. And I don't even have 5 blue on Magnus yet0 -
My favorites, in no particular order:
c.Storm: green move with 25+ green ap in the bank
Wolverine (astonishing): green spam hitting for >1k per spam
Black Widow Grey-Suit: purple0 -

Yeah, that's the only thing that is bad about it. Other characters black powers are probably better due to AP cost, but in high level play where the other team relies heavily on defense and attack tiles, you could easily turn the tide by turning their own high damage and high defense tiles against themselves.0 -
Venom's devour with 8 Web Tiles.
EAT THE WHOLE TEAM.0 -
Magneto's Purple, Magnetic Translocation. The ability to one-shot a Lvl 115 Rag is a wonderful thing. The AI never seems to go for purple matches except when it is a match-4 or 5. I get to 11 within four to six turns in a normal match and down goes Rag and then you mop up the minions. It is the most powerful one shot kill in the game.0

Black (grey) Widow's Purple.
Placing 6 green tiles is a fun exercise in trying to maximize the amount of criticals/cascades you can make.0 -
Magnetic Translocation. Sounds ****, but man does it hit HARD. Magneto at his very best.0

Wolverine's Green for me.0

the protect on mags blue is quite mediocre, 2 tiles for 42 str each at level 95.0

Not what it is best used for, but as a secondary effect, I'll take it.0
