Heroic Hunt Tokens

I'm new to the board, so I hope the community can indulge me here:

Is Modern Hawkeye the only 2 star character you can get from the Heroic Hunt tokens? Because he's the only character at all that they've given me. If he's the only 2 star on the rotation, then this makes sense. But I assume that at least thor is an option (even if I don't need any more of him). Just trying to gauge how angry I should be at the army of modern hawkeyes warming my rewards benches right now.
