Alliance Bank?

Why not put in a alliance bank so we can donate for more roster slots in our own alliance?

For example, i put in 1000 Hp and there is missing 900 to unlock a slot and another one donate in the alliance bank
900 Hp and now my alliance can for example unlock the 19th roster slot..

It would be helpful to unlock the last ones at least.

Because you can just start up a bunch of new accounts, join them into the alliance, dump their HP, have them leave. Rinse and repeat.
