pvp reward drop

After completing a PvP match we have a chance at 1* and 2* character drops. So will 2* torch be added to the chances after he is released?

I read through the torch threads I could find and didn't see anything on it.

    Probably a few weeks or months after he's released, like everyone else.

    That's a good question. He's the first 1* or 2* character to be released since they introduced random cover rewards.

    If I were a betting man, I'd put money on his appearance there at the same time that he's added to token odds.
