Okay everyone. First off, a huge apology for the crappiness of my turnout in Season 4. I know I gave advance notice, and that I've performed quite well for us in the past, but I still feel guilty for this season. RL stuff kicked my butt, both personally and among my family. Hopefully my own medical issues are in the past (still waiting to hear back from the doctors on that). I have one more big commitment at the end of this month (for work this time) which will eat a fair amount of my time (although hopefully I'll still have time for PVP at least.. probably just not PVE). After that, besides a weekend in October, my schedule is cleared until the holidays come the end of November.

I really appreciate the understanding you all have shown me during this time, and can only hope that my past contributions somehow make up for my lack this past season. I look forward to rejoining you all on a more regular basis once again, and working together to kick some butt!

OLD (still valid) ground rules:

NEW (added) ground rules
Dear member, remember that:
- If you can't obtain the 400+ points required, do what you can to get at least 70% of average members's score on PvP ("Safe Zone" in the data sheet).
- If you miss two PvP in a row without a previous warning, you can be kicked from the Alliance
- If you miss The Safe Zone for three PvP in a row, you can be kicked from the Alliance
- One Top 3 Alliance placement in a PvP makes up for one under threshold performance
- Be Active: if you can't play at all please give a heads up to me here or in the game chat. The best solution in this case is to leave the Alliance for a season.
- Old members will always have the priority on open spots

Update: Season V first PvP records.

Comment: return from Summer Holidays is quite evident.
More players are playing and the overall results are better. We had a bad start with a Top 500 placement, while the second placement saw us as Top 250 again (our average result) and not so far from Top100!
Congrats to a couple of players that have come back with impressive results and to newbies's achievements.
A couple of players are completely absent: this cannot be tolerated again, this is a warning.

Update: Season V first PvE records.

Comment: return from Summer Holidays is quite evident here too.
We had a slightly underwhelming start with a Top 500 placement, while we are more used to a Top 250 placement (even if we were not so distant from that)
Only a player has been completely absent but he sent a pm to me warned about that.
No obligation to do that for a PvE but a nice iniziative on his part.

As a new ground rule: if you are putting more efforts on PvE (over the current PvP) because you need ISO and some target covers, that is completely understable BUT please give a heads up to me because we need to know on how many active members we count for the PvP final placement.

Update: Season V PvP records (4 events).

Comment: In Blind Justice and Balance of Power events we can see a consistent increase in both total points and average points per player.
The Alliance is working better and we are not that far from the ideal 400+ PvP average I wish.
We have been consistently in the Top 250 and we can see a good climb on the rankings:

PvP 1: rank #364
PvP 2: rank #188
PvP 3: rank #215
PvP 4: rank #137

Position in the Balance of Power Event is the most noticeable as that was the most tough of the four.
Alliace is on the right path.

Update: Season V PvE records (2 events)

Comment: Alliance is growing interest in PvE too. The Venom Heroic (a.k.a "Fight for Beast" ) event saw an impressive effort from our members.
We finally hit the Top250 ranking we deserve (even if we were just on 250 position ^.^).
It is quite interesting that we hit this result with one member less and and one that had to leave the PvE for RL issue.
Average Points per players went from 30k to 40k. This was a huge step ahead.

I would be very interested to join if a spot opens.
I play daily and I achieve scores at around 400+ points in PvP. In PvE I play a lot if I have the characters needed for it.
I want to start my 2*>3* transition but I find it hard to do so on my own.

Actually I need beast to play this pve. Which is why I am focusing on Doom pvp right now. If I get beast I can boost my pve score. I have not played in pve yet
