    I've sold a number of Bagman purple covers because I don't want his purple at L5... not that I think his other powers really get better with more covers either.

    They'd have to give him a 500% boost to make him worthwhile to use.

    Getting a lot of bag man covers doesn't mean you can max him if they're all the same color

    I have every available character. The only covers I am currently missing are the Black Original Black Widow and Legendary Wolvie green and yellow.
    All 1*'s are maxed
    All 2*'s , except Bag Man,are minimum lvl 50 with my go-to's, Thor, Wolvie, C.Storm; maxed
    All 3*'s, except Loki, are minimum lvl 80 with my three most used, Spidey, GS Widow, and IM40; at lvl 125 plus a lvl 115 Rag
