Where to report hackers?

I suspect jajamongga is hacking. He has every character maxed out with some really weird cover configurations, and he doesn't have an alliance.

    Send a message to customer support and they'll begin failing to act on it IMMEDIATELY icon_e_smile.gif. (CS is what you're after though)
