Stun Effect

I'm getting a lot of issues with enemy's stun duration (C.Storm's blue, Iron Man's 40 Recharge, Black Widow, it doesn't matter).
It sets the stun, which is supposed to last X number of turns, but the enemy is normal right on the next one.
I've seen it happen most of the time with C.Storm's blue (which drops from 2 stun turns right to 0 with only one turn) and IM40's recharge.
